Sandy had a gigantic personal best performance at the UVic 5K. His time of 17:12 was a PR by 50 seconds and his score of 764 beat his previous best by 24 points! |

Matt was 5th OA and 2nd in his age division running 1:18:46 at the Comox Half Marathon. Colleen (Dr. Bodypierce) was 2nd female OA and 1st in her age class in 1:29:10. It was the fourth consecutive Series race where she has won Bob's Bonus Buds. |

Christine organized an excellent club run from the Fifth Street Grill on Sunday. About 35 runners took to the Cedar Hill Golf Course trail and 33 stayed for brunch in the pub. All 33 received a draw prize! |
